STRATEGIES FOR THE USE OF TECHNOLOGICAL RESOURCES IN CORPORATE EDUCATION

This article presents the report of a research whose main objective was to produce educational resources aimed at corporate education. The central question is to determine the potential of digital technologies in this educational modality. Considering that corporate education is a broad theme, it was decided to establish a delimitative cutout and explore the application of specific educational tools in the Onboarding process in an organizational context. The study presented as a research methodology an exploratory, qualitative approach presented in the experience report format. Design Thinking was used for the development of educational products. As a main result, we realized the importance and the demand in developing materials with the cutout in the Onboarding process with the perspective of innovation in the corporate education process.
