Abstract

The training process must be eminently continuous. In this way, our purpose is to present the developments of the actions of the education study and research group in Paulo Freire (GEPEPF, hereinafter) in the interregnum of the 2023.2 academic semester through the web of interdisciplinarity in favor of education in human rights. More specifically, map the GEPEPF academic directory, excavate the lines of research and explain the actions resulting from the lines of research. In this way, we start from epistemological curiosity: What are the dynamics of training as a teacher today? The methodology that best contributes to the findings of this curiosity is Michel Foucault's theory of discourse analysis (2008), which allows us to map, excavate and explain the GEPEPF in action. We note that the respective study and research group has actively promoted the inclusion of its members in teaching, research and extension activities, as well as going further, achieving autonomous and creative training processes for its members through interdisciplinarity in favor of rights education. human resources, above all, for the teachers who participate in it.
