The present study aims to present memories of the experiences of Batistina women sisters in the municipality of Aparecida do Taboado, located in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul (MS). As a methodological procedure, the investigation has a qualitative approach, with Field Research to obtain reports and searches for memories from photos, newspapers and websites, as sources for data collection. As a result, it was possible to reflect on the importance of women in society, given the memories of the Batistina sisters in the municipality of Aparecida do Taboado (MS), in which they played important roles in several important social actions, building a legacy. The study shows the need to bring women's stories, as a minority group in Brazil, in order to discuss their invisibilities, addressing women's struggle for representation in the social context.
