Abstract

The research titled Charges Profile Competencies in Business Management Specialist A as part of the organization of work in the Directorate of Technical and Material Supply at the University of Pinar del Río "Hermanos Saiz Montes de Oca" general objective design Profile of charge specialist competencies in Business Management Higher Education, contributing to the organization of work in the Directorate of Technical and Material Supply. To fulfillment of their objectives various techniques, methods and tools as used allowing timing obtaining the results shown in the development of research: Interviews, document review, surveys, statistical methods for data processing, Delphi method, Ishikawa diagram, the single and continuous observation: Profiles Charges Competency determined current state of the organization of work in relation to the profiles Charges powers of the management of ATM and profile positions is constructed by Competencies for specialist in Business Management in Higher Education as part of the organization of work in the Directorate of Technical and Material Supply.Fin ally conclusions and recommendations from the study and to define an appropriate route to follow to continue the theme developed in the investigation are set.
