The poetic images in Cortesanias, by Rita Santana are mediating forces of the act of saying and (re)presenting the dynamic elements that push the poetic subject towards the act of creating and the realization of a plenitude and the power of language emphasizing the reality of the being, the power of the memory-word and the images projected in the presentification. When elaborating a poetic act based on a world of (re)signification, the poet implements a poiesis directed to the human condition and the sense of presence through the poetic word, through the expressive force of language and the heterogenous elements of the beings, when facing the meaning of art and life. In her plastic and politic poetry, the author uncovers the secrets of the woman as a being and establishes dialogues and readings of herself and her experiences with those of other artists and poets, from other times and spaces. These dialogues are explored in the present work, observing how the poet brings the question of the feminine and instigates dialogues with plastic arts, revealing a poetry that preserves the connection of its time and space with many others, offering different meanings to them.
