ESTILOS DE LIDERANÇA NO CARGO DE DIRETOR DE OPERAÇÕES
INFLUÊNCIAS E RESULTADOS NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES STARTUPS NO ANO DE 2022
Abstract
In view of technological innovations, globalization and the Information Age, this article sought to evaluate the need to identify under the ideal leadership style to assume the position of Chief Operating Officer in three Brazilian Startups in 2022 in the Fintec branch, considered Unicorn (Nubank, C6 Bank and Neon). This work is a research with a deductive approach, exploratory and qualitative, with the use of Bibliographic Research associating the keywords and Internet research in recruitment and selection sites. From the analysis of the main Competencies, Skills and Attitudes (CHA) expected by these companies, the results showed that having only technical knowledge (known as Hard skills) in the area is not enough, the skills and competencies related to the behavior of the professional known as soft skills are outplayed, as it is related to the human capacity to develop adaptability in an accelerated environment, analytical profile, have initiative, create innovative solutions, motivate and encourage the team. It is concluded that "key factor" for the leadership style in the context of Startups is aimed at democratic leadership, with a horizontal work model, fostering the creativity and motivation of the team, because its characteristics are similar to the Soft Skills requested by these organizations.
