O ESTILO DE LIDERANÇA DOS GERENTES DE ATENDIMENTO DE AGÊNCIAS BANCÁRIAS DE SALVADOR NA MOTIVAÇÃO DE SEUS COLABORADORES DURANTE O ANO DE 2022
Abstract
The theme of this article is to analyze the leadership styles of the Service Managers of 3 bank branches in Salvador in motivating their employees of Bank X during the year 2022 based on their opinions. From there, the following question was asked: What leadership styles can Customer Service Managers at bank branches in Salvador adopt to motivate their employees through Herzberg's theory during the year 2022? The research was developed using a qualitative deductive approach through a case study in 3 (three) branches of Banco X, using 2 (two) types of research: bibliographical and descriptive. The article portrays a democratic leadership present in the branches that favors the motivation of bank employees. Therefore, it is concluded that a democratic leader provides a greater influence on the motivation of employees, aiming at the main intrinsic and extrinsic motivations found.
