Um estudo multicaso sobre a inserção tecnológica em microempreendimentos de Catu-Ba durante a Pandemia do Covid 19

Abstract

This multi-case study seeks to understand the use of logistical and management tools that promote sales, such as online applications and delivery modality, in micro-enterprises in the municipality of Catu-Ba during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. The mapping of projects that use the delivery modality in the municipality of Catu-Ba, description of how the performance of logistical and management tools in the studied projects, and verification of internal controls by them with regard to logistics and technology, support the purpose of this research through the study applied in different segments, which are the Puppy de Ogre Martial Arts Academy, Restaurante Paradise, and the advertising company Under House Records, which comprise different logistical and managerial approaches adopted to resist the economic impact caused by the pandemic of Covid-19. Therefore, the analysis of the aforementioned projects demonstrates the efficiency of investment in technology for survival and management of different business models, combined with professional training, innovation, and financial reserve in times of economic weakness resulting from the pandemic scenario.
