A INFLUÊNCIA DO CLIMA E CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL NA GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO
Abstract
This study addresses Knowledge Management (KM) in organizations, highlighting the influence of climate and organizational culture on this process. The main objective is to analyze how organizational climate and culture can affect the effectiveness of knowledge management and, consequently, the innovation and competitiveness capacity of organizations. The specific objectives were to discuss knowledge management, research organizational climate and culture and investigate the relationship between climate, culture and knowledge management as interconnected elements. To this end, the guiding question presented was: how can the effectiveness of knowledge management and the competitiveness of organizations be affected by the organizational climate and culture? The research adopted a qualitative approach through a literature review, exploring concepts related to knowledge management, climate and organizational culture. The study highlights the importance of a climate of trust, open communication and collaboration to promote knowledge sharing among organizational members. Furthermore, an organizational culture that values continuous learning, innovation and knowledge sharing creates an environment conducive to successful knowledge management. The research results indicate that effective knowledge management is essential to face the challenges of the globalized economy, where knowledge has become a strategic resource. Organizational climate and culture play a crucial role in this process, positively influencing an organization's ability to innovate and adapt quickly to changes in the business environment. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of creating an organizational environment favorable to knowledge management, where the sharing of information and the search for learning are encouraged and valued. This contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of organizations in the knowledge society.
