O crescimento das Fintechs e os impactos nos processos de trabalho dos Gerentes de Relacionamento dos bancos de segmento varejo no ano de 2021 na cidade de Salvador e região metropolitana
Abstract
This article discusses the growth of Fintechs and how this impacted the work processes of Account Managers, throughout the year 2021, specifically in retail banks. The question is: How does the growth of Fintechs impacted the work processes of Relationship Managers in retail banks in the city of Salvador during 2021? The objective is to understand the effects caused by the growth of Fintechs in the work processes of Relationship Managers who work in banks in the retail segment. This study has an exploratory character and to achieve the established objectives an opinion poll was applied, making an analysis in relation to the perception of the Relationship Managers about aspects related to professional training, technology, automation and work relationship. As a result, a PFOA analysis chart (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) was prepared, directed at the current working conditions of the Relationship Manager of traditional banks in the retail segment.
