Abstract

The Home office was highlighted as a result of the covid pandemic.19, forcing society and companies to change the way of management and especially of the daily functioning of these organizations, the remote routine became highlighted in society in general, as a way to avoid further contamination of this virus which has as its main characteristic its high contamination and in some cases even lethal. This change had an impact on all sectors of society, having the main impact on micro and small entrepreneurs, which are generally the ones with the largest amount inserted in the economy in several countries around the world. One of the main tools that helps to better adapt to this new reality was digital marketing, mainly through access to information present in today's society. The present work therefore aims to analyze this change, mainly addressing the main elements involved in this adaptation. The article presented as main specific objectives the understanding of information related to the Home office, analysis of the impacts generated by remote work, concepts about micro and small businesses and a relationship between home office and digital marketing practiced by these companies in particular. The article presented, therefore, a basic research nature and application of a questionnaire, thus involving a theoretical review of the object of study in question. The research also has a qualitative approach and used the questionnaire technique to add empirical experiences by this group of people. Based on the answers obtained, and the research process carried out, it was possible to conclude that the covid.19 pandemic brought changes to society in general, with the home office together with digital marketing being some main answers to carry out an efficient management in the face of this new reality. Social networks also played their main role, being one of the essential tools to carry out this adaptation by mainly micro and small entrepreneurs.
