METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE ENSINO APRENDIZAGEM NOS CURSOS DE GRADUAÇÃO EM ENFERMAGEM
Abstract
In recent decades there have been economic, social, cultural and mainly technological transformations, which have also impacted educational institutions, fostering the adaptation of the educational model to the changes of recent years. In this scenario, the active teaching-learning methodologies arise, as synonymous with an active method, methodologies that undergraduate nursing courses have adhered to in their practices. The objective of this work was to identify the benefits of using active methodologies for the training of undergraduate nursing students, carried out through an exploratory bibliographic review, through consultation with lilacs, BDENF and SCIELO databases, from July 2019 to April 2020, using the following keywords: Learning, Nursing and Higher Education. It was evidenced that the benefits of active teaching-learning methodologies in undergraduate nursing courses enable the student to approach the reality of health and the society in which he is inserted, the development of the autonomy of the student in thinking and acting, increased level of competence in the execution of techniques and procedures, the acquisition of greater confidence in their decisions and application of knowledge in practical situations , the integration between theory and practice, ability to mediate conflicts, in addition to the development of decision-making and a critical view of reality and teamwork, breaking with the traditional teaching model and based on a problematizing pedagogy. It is recognized the need for further studies on the benefits of active methodologies in the teaching of undergraduate nursing courses.
