Abstract

This work aims to present the result of the research that sought to analyze the experiences of women as students of Youths and Adults Education (EJA). With a qualitative approach, in this investigation we appropriate as theoretical support the works carried out by Arroyo (2006; 2007), Leoncy (2013), Louro (2004), Reis (2009), among others. The data collected and analyzed give us conditions to affirm that the trajectories of these women were interrupted in childhood due to several issues, which include, above all, the fact of being woman.

Neilton Castro da Cruz, Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Seguro (SECPS)

É formado em Pedagogia, pela UESC; Mestre e Doutor em Educação, Pela FaE/UFMG. É professor do quadro efetivo da Rede Municipal de Educação de Porto Seguro e atua como docente na Faculdade Nossa Senhora de Lourdes (FNSL). É membro do Grupo de Pesquisa intitulado Temporalidades cotidianas de discentes da Educação de Jovens e Adultos: configuração dos tempos escolares e extraescolares.
