Abstract
This article, from an inter-institutional research and extension project entitled “Contributions of profane listening to the redefinition of teacher malaise”, carried out from 2019 to 2021, addresses the issue of malaise among education professionals, in particular the teachers. Considering the demands imposed on the teaching profession, given the expansion of basic school, the new functions it has historically assumed, and the challenges brought by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, this text aims to reflect on the teacher malaise materialized in pedagogical practice; The aim of this discussion is to offer teachers elements that contribute to the exercise of this activity in the face of teacher malaise and how they are configured.
