ENSINO EM EMPREENDEDORISMO: UM LEVANTAMENTO DOS MÉTODOS E PRÁTICAS DIDÁTICO-PEDAGÓGICAS
Abstract
Global scenarios have demanded updates in teaching-learning processes through unique actions in professional education and concomitant with the opening of the market in Brazil. It so happens that traditional models do not encourage the bilateral teaching-learning relationship in entrepreneurship. The research is justified by the consensus that the current pedagogical model of performance, where the teacher is the main means of access to knowledge, is not in line with the real demands of the required skills, therefore, new models are required in the teaching of entrepreneurship. The research problem addresses what are the main teaching methods in entrepreneurial education currently in practice in the country and what are their boundaries. The objective is the analysis of didactic-pedagogical practices for the teaching of entrepreneurship, the identification of theoretical assumptions on the subject of entrepreneurship; the identification of the characteristics of entrepreneurship teaching practices and the identification of entrepreneurship teaching methods in HEIs. To consolidate these objectives, the methodology classified as qualitative and with exploratory and descriptive objectives is adopted. What is observed is that the methods that were disseminated were focused on solving problems for a portion of high school and college students, but it shows a gap in which technical-professional education did not have the same fate. This gap is an invitation for urgent discussion and reflection so that new entrepreneurial education programs can serve this audience.
