Reinvention of teaching practice: an internship experience in the early years of elementary school

This text brings systematized reflections through the Curricular Component Research and Internship III, of the Pedagogy course. The experience took place in a class of 2nd year of Elementary School, from the public network of the municipality of Guanambi-Ba. The study, with a qualitative approach, aimed to articulate experiences in the classroom with reflections on the role of internship and the reinvention of practice from the progressive perspective of educator Paulo Freire. From the instruments of observation and development of pedagogical action, in a dialogic perspective, the need for an attentive look and sensitive listening to understand particular aspects experienced in educational processes and school contexts was reflected. From the results, the relevance of the internship is highlighted for the insertion in the teaching practice and contact with the school. With regard to students, it was observed the importance of listening to them and placing them at the center of the educational process, of school educational practices.
