This is a documental analysis of the School Regiment of the State Network of Bahia, based on André Cellard's methodology, the main objective of this work is to analyze the methods and purposes of evaluation. It is an extremely important document because it deals with each school unit as a whole, covering different knowledge and duties of both parties for a good functioning of school developments and continuous training. As a result, we saw that the foundation of this regiment is to organize the school so that students can make the most of the school contents, being evaluated by internal and external bodies with the main mediator being the teacher.
