Entrepreneurial education: an experience report

Abstract

The objective of this work is to present the experience with entrepreneurial education, based on the extension project "Learning to Entrepreneur". Entrepreneurship can be a natural skill, which the person already has or can be learned, hence the need for an entrepreneurial education, capable of helping people in the development/execution of projects. People with these characteristics have always been present in human societies, across all territories and from the most different cultures. Entrepreneurship is not something new, as some imagine. The methodology used in this work is qualitative and descriptive, having as data collection the bibliographic research and direct observation, during the execution of the project. The results point to the fact that entrepreneurial education is necessary for the improvement of existing entrepreneurial skills, as well as the development of these in people who seek training and skills in entrepreneurship.
