Authors

Abstract

In the following interview, conducted by email between June 16 and July 22, 2020, António Xavier Tomo, head of the Philosophy Department at the Universidade Pedagógica de Maputo (UPM), talks about his academic career, the tensions between African philosophy and European philosophy, and the cultural and philosophical wealth of the Zambezi river valley. He also gives an overview of the Mozambican philosophy journal O Curandeiro, to which we hope authors from Brazil can also contribute, thus strengthening the dialogue between Brazil and Mozambique.
