Resumo

The book Studies in European Integration, State and Society - The Use of Technology for the Management of the EU/US Immigration and Asylum Policy: Possible Risks for Fundamental Rights Protection (2020), by Marta Kołodziejczyk, offers a critical examination of the growing reliance on biometric databases and automated decision-making in European Union and United States migration policies.
