Poses that involve inverting the body or a part of the body carry essentially the most potential hurt when practicing yoga asana. I’m always slightly hesitant to recommend Ashtanga yoga as a result of it requires plenty of flexibility and many poses put lots of weight on the shoulders. Yoga is a recreation-changer for me. Yoga used to be more of a bodily follow for me — and some days it still is — but most of all, it helps me present up better in my life.
