NECESSIDADES PSICOLÓGICAS DE ESTAGIÁRIOS EM ENSINO SECUNDÁRIO EM EMPREGO: PERCEPÇÕES DAS PRÁTICAS DE ACOMPANHAMENTO DURANTE O ESTÁGIO

No Quebec, diante da escassez de pessoal docente, um número crescente de estudantes de educação está recebendo ofertas de estágios de emprego antes de completar seu bacharelado. O apoio a essas pessoas difere, pois elas não ensinam alunos sob a supervisão de um professor associado. Os estagiários têm total responsabilidade por grupos de alunos, juntamente com todos os desafios que isso representa. O objetivo do nosso estudo é entender melhor as práticas de apoio percebidas por esses estagiários durante tais estágios. Guiados pela teoria da autodeterminação (Ryan e Deci, 2020), foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com quatro estagiários, focando na satisfação de suas necessidades de autonomia, competência e pertencimento. Nossos resultados mostram que esses estagiários vivenciam uma rápida inserção profissional, durante a qual as tarefas atribuídas podem ser exigentes, e que um apoio mais adaptado parece desejável.
