Resumo

Este artigo, a partir de uma perspectiva de aquisição de linguagem baseada na Teoria dos Sistemas Dinâmicos, destaca o impacto do bi/multilinguismo na construção do conhecimento. Focalizaremos, em nossa discussão, sobretudo as questões referentes ao
controle executivo e ao potencial criativo dos aprendizes bi/multilíngues. A discussão teórica apresentada possibilitará que se reflita sobre o papel da escola, bem como os desafios enfrentados pelo educador frente à tarefa de construção colaborativa de conhecimento.
